Job Title: Accountant Manager
Location: Mumbai Maharashtra
Salary: Up to 8 Lacs CTC per annum

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detailoriented Accountant Manager to oversee and manage the organization s financial operations compliance and reporting processes. The role requires expertise in accounting taxation financial reporting and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in tools like Tally SAP or QuickBooks combined with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities : Accounting Operations:
- Supervise and review purchase & sales entries payment & receipt entries in Tally.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Conduct Bank Reconciliation on a monthly basis.
Taxation & Compliance:
- File GSTR1 GSTR3B and handle annual GST Audit Working and filing.
- Manage TDS Payments and filing of 24Q and 26Q.
- Calculate and file Professional Tax (PT) payments and returns.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS Reports for management review.
- Conduct profit and loss analysis cost centerwise salary working and project profitability tracking.
- Maintain accurate data for unbilled income and salary capitalization.
Audit & Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors to ensure smooth statutory compliance and audits.
- Handle provision booking prepaid expense bookings and maintain cost center data.
Leadership & Support:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve cost control and cash flow management.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- CA/InterCA with 12 years of experience or
- Graduate/PostGraduate in Commerce with 56 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP Software (e.g. SAP QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of financial management general ledger maintenance and compliance regulations.
