Job Description
Looking for a 2 years experienced Engineer with good understanding of basic analog blocks passion to learn analog design and build ICs and well versed with Transistor level design flow to join the 2.6B$ Power Business Unit where in the candidate will get to work on a wide range of exciting products such as PMICs Linear and Switching DCDC converters powering the next generation of most sought after phones and hand held devices. This is an earlystage growth opportunity where in the candidate will get to learn build and over time contribute and influence the charter for Renesass massive Power product portfolio.
Essential Functions:
- Well versed with Analog circuit design flows including Schematic design Post Layout simulations Testbench creation etc.
- Must have experience of transistor level design of basic building blocks like Schmitt Trigger Level Shifter Bandgap References Current Mirrors Amplifiers Comparators etc.
- Good understanding of Analog design concepts like mismatch noise offset etc will be advantageous. Understanding of the intricacies of layout for Analog blocks layout constraints and parasitic extraction flow Silicon debug experience will be a big plus
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical engineering
- 2 years in Analog Circuit Design Simulation and Verification
- Schematic generation simulation and verification using modern CAD tools
- Design & verification experience of simple analog blocks Monte Carlo analysis using industry standard CAD tools
- Must be a natural team player and strive towards fostering a highly creative and productive working environment
