Client Relationship Executive (B2B)

Overview

The Client Relationship Executive (B2B) plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with business clients. This position involves understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions to foster longterm relationships that drive business growth. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and our organization ensuring that all interactions reflect our core values of service excellence and integrity. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities generating leads and developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction. The role is vital to our organizations success as it directly impacts client retention and revenue growth. This individual must possess exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of the B2B landscape to effectively navigate client relationships. The Client Relationship Executive will collaborate with various teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded driving a culture of accountability and performance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Conduct regular checkin meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to promote product offerings to clients.
  • Prepare and present competitive proposals tailored to each client.
  • Create reports on account status and client feedback for management review.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve optimal results for the company.
  • Handle client complaints and disputes effectively and professionally.
  • Provide clients with product and service information to enhance client understanding.
  • Track monitor and report on account performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with product capabilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving capabilities.
  • Resultsdriven with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and changes in the client landscape.
  • Experience in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
