Job Description
Job Title: Social Media Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. This role involves strategizing creating and curating engaging content that aligns with the company s brand identity and drives engagement within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Instagram LinkedIn Facebook etc.) including posting scheduling and responding to messages or comments.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content including posts graphics and videos that align with the brand s tone and objectives.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for content and ensure consistent branding.
- Stay updated on social media trends tools and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Monitor competitors and provide insights to enhance the company s social media approach.
- Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when necessary for content creation or promotions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms analytics tools and content scheduling tools.
- Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva Photoshop or other design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of chemical or B2B industries is a plus but not mandatory.
