Overview
The SAP ABAPHR Consultant plays a critical role in the design development and implementation of SAP HR solutions within an organization. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in ABAP programming and indepth knowledge of the HR module. The consultant will be responsible for developing custom applications reporting tools and enhancing existing functionalities to align with business requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Develop ABAP programs for HR functions.

- Utilize enhancement techniques like User Exits and BAdIs.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and data privacy requirements.
- Participate in project planning and status reporting.
- Document technical specifications and design decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest ABAP and SAP HR trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong understanding of the SAP HR module.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging.
- Experience in developing reports using ABAP reports and ALV.
- Familiarity with data dictionary and tables in SAP HR.
- Knowledge of performance tuning strategies for ABAP programs.
- Experience with SAP Scripts and Smart Forms.
- Exposure to SAP enhancement and modification techniques.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in unit testing and quality assurance practices.
- Knowledge of HR business processes and systems.
- Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations.
- Relevant SAP certification is a plus.
