Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller for Sales

Overview

The Telecaller for Sales is a pivotal role within our organization driving customer engagement and contributing to our revenue goals through direct communication. As a telecaller you will be tasked with reaching potential customers presenting our offerings and persuading them to make a purchase. This position is essential to expanding our customer base enhancing brand recognition and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor offerings accordingly.
  • Provide detailed information on product features and benefits.
  • Conduct followup calls to nurture leads and secure sales.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
  • Handle objections and address client concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to innovate new strategies for reaching customers.
  • Implement calling scripts to ensure essential information is communicated.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during calls.
  • Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on daily sales activities and outcomes.
  • Engage with customers through various communication platforms as required.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
  • Utilize feedback from management to enhance selling techniques.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and strategies for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a telemarketing or sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to close sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
  • Customer service experience is an asset.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to handle data entry tasks.
  • Ability to remain resilient in challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Positive attitude towards learning and selfimprovement.
  • Ability to multitask and manage different demands simultaneously.

  • Experience with upselling and crossselling techniques.
