What You Will Do
- Design and develop visually compelling presentation decks and materials for the Klarna Strategic Narratives Team adhering to Klarnas brand guidelines.
- Transform complex B2B ideas and data into clean engaging visuals for external audiences.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including gotomarket brand marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and visuals.
- Manage the endtoend design process for presentation materials from concept to delivery meeting tight deadlines.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to the visual quality of strategic presentations.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all materials by maintaining a systematic approach.
- Stay updated with design trends to continuously enhance Klarnas external presentations.
Who You Are
- Proven experience (3 years) in visual design preferably in a fastpaced corporate environment.
- Expertise in designing presentation materials using Google Slides and other tools.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and/or Figma.
- A proactive selfstarter with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Experience thriving in a dynamic highpressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering polished highquality work.
Awesome to Have
- Experience in tech finance or ecommerce industries.
- Proficiency in data visualization to communicate complex ideas visually.
- Familiarity with brand storytelling and content marketing particularly through presentation design.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior business stakeholders and CLevel executives.

Klarnas Compensation model and Equity Offering
At Klarna our compensation package includes a base salary and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). To ensure fairness and maintain global market competitiveness each role in a specific location has a set base salary. During the recruitment process we will assess your skills and experience to determine which role is the best fit for you.
Our RSU program features a 4year vesting schedule allowing you to gradually become a shareholder in Klarna. Additionally you may qualify for our ContributionBased Reward (CBR) program which recognizes and rewards significant contributions to our success.
