Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Customize CPQ product configurations to improve accuracy and user experience.
- Develop Apex classes triggers and Visualforce pages to enhance CPQ functionality.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into CPQ solutions.
- Conduct testing and validation of CPQ configurations and customizations.
- Provide technical support for the CPQ application and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement automation processes to streamline quote creation and approval workflows.
- Maintain documentation of CPQ configurations customizations and best practices.
- Stay updated with Salesforce CPQ releases and upgrade paths.
- Train and support endusers on CPQ functionality and new features.
- Monitor and optimize performance of CPQ applications.
- Integrate CPQ with CRM and other enterprise applications as needed.
- Assist in data migration and management related to CPQ implementations.
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions related to CPQ systems.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for data security and privacy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on CPQ.
- Salesforce CPQ certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Apex Visualforce and Salesforce Lightning.
- Experience with data modeling and configuration management in Salesforce.
- Ability to write and maintain technical documentation clearly and precisely.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integration purposes.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Understanding of pricing strategies and quote generation process.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in Salesforce technologies.
