Job Description

The Sales Director will lead and drive sales initiatives within the region focused on Xsell of our acquired products (IFS Assyst ESM Poka Workforce Management) and our success portfolio ensuring the achievement of sales targets the development of opportunities and the expansion of the companys market presence. They will manage and support the sales team fostering a highperformance culture and aligning sales strategies with the companys goals.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve Xsell targets
  • Act as line manager for our Xsell and success team incl setting objectives manage performance and development and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum employee experience and success
  • Champion our acquired products
  • Collaborate with marketing our M&A business organization and customer service teams to ensure optimized customer experience
  • Prepare and present reports forecast budgets and pipeline development to secure predictability across the region

Qualifications :

  • Proven sales execution background and familiar with meeting and exceeding targets
  • Experienced sales leader preferably in the software or tech industry
  • Ability to communicate influence present across all levels of the organization
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced environment
  • Team player
  • Calm under pressure
  • Practical handson approach
