Role: Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders (Customers and Partners).
Evaluating business processes anticipating requirements uncovering areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Working on Partnership management.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to crossfunctional team members and management.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Working on BRDs FRDs and RFPs
Gathering raw data & processing it based on requirements.
Business Analyst Skills Requirements:
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills. (Power BI Tableau Excel & Google Script)
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning organizational and time management skills.
Having knowledge of Business Documents
Educational Qualification:
BE / BTech
Preferred candidate profile:
An Ideal candidate is a BE / Btech with 13 yrs of exp in Business Analyst role preferably product testing based out of Pune and an early joiner
