Job Description
Job Title: Studio Manager
Location: Surat
Salary: 55000 Incentives
Job Description:
The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing all studio operations ensuring revenue growth client satisfaction and team management while maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage studio operations including sales marketing team deliverables and financial controls.
Drive revenue generation and achieve monthly sales targets in collaboration with the Business Development team.
Ensure exceptional client service resolve issues promptly and uphold company standards.
Recruit train and mentor team members fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain the studios appearance and quality standards.
Handle profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities and ensure efficient daytoday operations.
Lead team meetings and training sessions to align with company policies and goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in team management sales and operations.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Exceptional clienthandling and problemsolving skills.
Targetdriven mindset with experience managing P&L performance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English with a professional appearance and personality.
