Under the supervision of the Country Director the incumbent shall have strong leadership to lead the sales team to create program manage resources and achieve the goals set for the category. He/she must possess good analytical skill on data collection market situation and spotting emerging opportunities in the market. He/she must be able to build good rapport with the customers and provide guidance to the team in providing after sales service. He/She must have good interpersonal skills to liaise with local and regional stakeholders and organize the day to day requirements of the business according to the companys policy and standard operating procedures.

- Prepare annual budget programs sales goals and KPI of the category
- Build and organize the distribution network and maintain regular contacts with customers.
- Represent the company to important events that would build the brand
- Oversee area/territory sales activities and provide guidance to Sales Executives Area Supervisors or Area Sales Managers for execution/implementation of policies or instructions.
- Develop motivate and manage the sales and support teams to meet business and organizational goals
- Prepare monthly sales report and sales forecast update area customer database for the management and the other departments.
- Organize collection of competitors information on a regular basis including activities and strategies in promotion pricing products and distributions network.
- Ensure that products are available in the market. Coordinate with the other departments for smooth supply.
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize training programs to develop sales and technical skill and competency of the team.
- Organize the report of any quality problem of the products and/or performance to relevant department and make sure that these are resolved. Respond rapidly and resolve any customer complaints and/or technical enquiries to the satisfaction of the customers
- Propose to the Group new ideas of products and services you find relevant for future development
- Any other duties as instructed by the Management.
