Role : Web Manager Digital Marketing B2B Technology Company
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Web Manager Digital Marketing to lead the redesign migration and optimization of our website. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of expertise in web project management CMS (Content Management Systems) and lead generation with specific experience in the software product space preferably within the banking technology domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with handson experience in web design development and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web Redesign & Migration: Lead and manage the complete redesign and migration of the company s website ensuring a seamless transition improved user experience (UX) and enhanced performance.
- Project Management: Oversee all webrelated projects from conception through execution collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and highquality delivery.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for webbased lead generation using datadriven insights to optimize conversion rates and enhance the overall digital marketing funnel.
- Content Management: Ensure content is uptodate SEOoptimized and aligned with the company s brand message and goals. Work closely with content and design teams to ensure cohesive and compelling web copy and visual elements.
- Website Optimization: Continuously monitor analyze and improve website performance including loading speed mobile responsiveness and user engagement ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing sales and product teams to ensure that the website reflects the latest product offerings value propositions and customercentric messaging.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze web performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership for decisionmaking and strategy refinement.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in web management digital marketing or a related field with a focus on web redesign migration and project management.
- Extensive experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) including but not limited to WordPress Drupal or similar platforms.
- Proven experience in lead generation strategies including landing page optimization calltoaction strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Previous experience working for a software product company preferably in the banking technology or financial services sector.
- Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics SEMrush etc.) A/B testing and web optimization tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- Familiarity with banking/financial technology products and services.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
- Expertise in HTML CSS JavaScript or similar web technologies.
