Overview

The Sales Officer plays a pivotal role in driving the organizations revenue growth through effective customer engagement relationship management and persuasive selling techniques. This position involves identifying new business opportunities reaching out to potential clients and nurturing existing customer relationships to maintain client loyalty. The Sales Officer must stay updated on industry trends product offerings and competitive landscape to effectively promote the companys products and services. A successful Sales Officer will not only meet sales targets but also provide valuable insights into market demands and customer preferences influencing product development and marketing strategies. By fostering a customercentric approach and establishing a strong professional presence in the market the Sales Officer contributes to the overall success and sustainability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customerfocused practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
