Job Description
1.Strong experience on Installation of postgresql/Yugabyte db instances
2.Proven Knowledge on configuration of Postgresql/Yugabyte db instances as per de facto standard and fixing installtion issues.
3.Experience on yugabyte xcluster setup and replication configuration
4.Experience on sharding/raft topologies
5.Experience on DR setup and proven experience on dr drills.
6.Experience on postgresql logical/streaming replication
7.Experience on migration of homo/heterogenous databases
8.Experience on table partitioning(rangelist&hash)
9.Good Knowledge on indexing keys and stored procedures
10.Experience/Knowledge on automation of routine db tasks
11.Good Understanding/experience on data extract tools like export/import
12.Good knowledge/experience on adhering db hardening policies.
13.Experience on setup audit policies as per de facto standard
14.Experience on Database patching and major version upgrades
15.Good experience on performance tuning of db and queries.
16.Good knowledge on AWS/GCP/Azure cloud environments
