Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Configure Salesforce CPQ settings to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather input and feedback from users.
- Develop use cases user stories and process flow diagrams for system enhancements.
- Conduct gap analyses to assess discrepancies between current state and desired outcomes.
- Create documentation for system configuration processes and user guides.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to CPQ processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train endusers on the Salesforce CPQ system and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Monitor CPQ system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes.
- Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ features and industry trends for continuous improvement.
- Provide reports and dashboards to track metrics and performance related to CPQ.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in Salesforce CPQ.
- Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of business processes and sales operations.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in CRM and CPQ applications specifically Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Problemsolving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience conducting user training and support.
- Certification in Salesforce CPQ or completion of relevant coursework is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
