Required Qualifications:
- 0.6 to 3 years of experience in business development or related sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in SAAS products software sales or event management services.
- Sales of CRM HRMS Accounting software.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events
- Strong understanding of business development processes and sales cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret market data and reports.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess new business opportunities in target markets.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to securing contracts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the brand.
- Monitor customer feedback and propose service improvements.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Continuously track personal performance metrics and strive for improvement.
