Role Overview:
We are seeking a Recruitment Sales/Business Development Executive who is driven entrepreneurial and thrives in a fastpaced startup environment. Your primary responsibility will be acquiring new clients through email campaigns calls LinkedIn outreach and other leadgeneration tools. You will work closely with the founding team strategizing and executing initiatives to bring in new clients and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute client acquisition strategies targeting international markets (US and Canada).
Identify research and connect with potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo or similar platforms.
Conduct outreach via email campaigns cold calls and other communication methods to generate leads.
Present our recruitment solutions to prospective clients tailoring pitches to meet their needs.
Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers at client organizations.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Track and report progress using CRM tools ensuring all activities are accurately documented.
Stay informed about industry trends competitors and best practices to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment sales business development or a related field.
Familiarity with international markets particularly the US and Canada.
Strong proficiency with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo or similar.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Selfmotivated goaloriented and comfortable working in a startup environment.
Willingness to work inperson from the Founders Room.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Compensation:
Base salary 5% commission on each successful client closure & 3% commission on recurring closures or additional business from the same client.

At this time we do not offer additional benefits beyond the salary Leaves Holidays and commission structure.
Preferred:
