Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in retail payment systems reporting systems and API integration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payments processing technologies such as UPI IMPS NEFT RTGS as well as proficiency in tools like PowerBI for reporting. The candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams including development testing and operations to ensure smooth implementation of business solutions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology Finance or a related field.
- Experience & Skills:
- 28 years of experience in business analysis within the retail payment systems domain (UPI IMPS NEFT RTGS)
- Strong experience in requirement gathering writing user stories use cases and scenarios.
- Proficient in functional specifications and documentation.
- Experience with API integration specification writing and validation.
- Familiarity with tools like Postman SOAPUI and PowerBI.
- Indepth knowledge of banking applications particularly payment systems and core banking.
- Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to work with development testing and automation teams to deliver highquality solutions.
