Overview:
The HR Executive (Fresher) plays a vital role in supporting the human resources department with various administrative and operational tasks. As a primary contact for employee inquiries and HRrelated activities this position is essential in facilitating smooth HR processes and enhancing employee experience within the organization. The HR Executive will aid in recruitment onboarding employee engagement initiatives and maintaining HR records. Collaborating with various departments they ensure that the company adheres to policies and provides a supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings and screening resumes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

- Help with payroll and benefits administration tasks.
- Assist in employee exit interviews and ensure proper offboarding procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding employee information and organizational matters.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as recruitment and turnover rates.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance.
- Participate in HR meetings and provide input into team discussions.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
