As a Product Marketing Manager supporting the HCM Reporting People Analytics and Financial Analytics solutions your role will be pivotal in driving these solutions gotomarket strategy positioning and sales enablement while supporting broader marketing initiatives globally. Your key responsibilities include:
- Product Positioning & Messaging:
Develop compelling differentiated product messaging that aligns with customer pain points and market trends.
Ensure messaging resonates with HR and business leaders emphasizing the value of People Analytics for driving talent strategy and business outcomes.
- GotoMarket Strategy:
Lead the launch of new product features and updates ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
Collaborate with product teams to understand the roadmap and integrate this into marketing plans for global markets.
Support and own messaging for the events/tradeshows for the above solutions globally. Provide ground support for any other events as needed.
- Sales Enablement:
Develop and deliver impactful sales tools presentations and collateral that equip sales teams to position and sell the product effectively.
Analyze the disco and demo calls and provide input to the sales teams on how they can finetune their approach. Leverage the findings to create content that addresses specific customer pain points while providing competitive differentiation.
Work closely with the sales teams to ensure leads are being followed up on promptly and support the process with nurturing activities. Conduct weekly touchpoint meetings with the sales team to understand and resolve bottlenecks.
Analyze stuck opportunities and support with specific content. Help find new contacts in the organization who can help push the envelope.
- Customer & Market Insights:
Stay attuned to the needs of HR professionals and gather insights from customer feedback market research and competitor analysis to calibrate marketing strategies.
Understand regional nuances and adapt marketing strategies for the audience accordingly.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Partner with research content demand generation design teams and partners to support campaigns that drive awareness leads and pipeline growth.
Work closely with customer success and account management teams to identify customer advocacy and retention opportunities in the HR and Financial Analytics space.
- Thought Leadership & Content Creation:
Develop content that positions the company as a thought leader in People Analytics and HR Reporting including blog posts videos website content white papers webinars and case studies etc. across the buyer journey.
Support regionspecific content creation ensuring relevance to the regional market.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Track the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives through the sales process using the below metrics
Continuously refine strategies based on data and feedback to maximize impact
