Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the entire recruitment process from posting job openings to helping with interview coordination and candidate selection.
- Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support the performance management process including assisting with employee reviews and evaluations.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
- Provide support to employees by addressing HRrelated questions and concerns.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and teambuilding events.
- Assist with conducting exit interviews to gather feedback and contribute to improving retention strategies.
- Support the development of organizational culture and company values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s program in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessments.
- Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation planning.
