HaystackAnalytics is a rapidly growing IIT Bombay based Health Company which is disrupting clinical genomics to improve patient outcomes across several conditions. With presence across India Bahrain Oman Saudi Arabia & UAE we are best known as pioneers in infectious diagnostics for our products like infexnNGS & Omega TB. Our infexnNgs product is currently used by 100 ICUs in India & the Omega TB product which was inaugurated by Hon. Prime Minister of India in 2022 now has the credit of being the only ICMR approved TB WGS solution in India.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials including but not limited to digital assets print collateral social media graphics advertisements and presentations.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all design work ensuring that our brand identity is communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing content and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with the companys goals and messaging.
- Use design to tell compelling stories conveying complex ideas and messages in a simple and engaging manner.
- Bring fresh innovative ideas to the table pushing the envelope in terms of design concepts while considering the target audience and market trends.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of highquality work.
- Proficient in industrystandard design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.) and a willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.
