Profile Summary:
- Supported/Implemented SailPoint for medium to largescale customers across various industry verticals.
- Knowledge of IAM concepts such as JML RBAC and Provisioning.
- Strong background in coding and development using Java.
- Demonstrates strong technical skills.
- Possesses strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
- Strong team player.
MustHave Technical Skills:
- Total of 8 years of experience in supporting the SailPoint IIQ tool.
- At least 2 years of Level 3 development/support experience with SailPoint.
- Excellent knowledge of Java/J2EE JavaScript other scripting languages and XML.
- Strong understanding of Access Reviews and certifications in SailPoint.
- Proficient in Java debugging.
- Solid understanding of LDAP concepts with handson experience in working with multiple LDAPs.
- Extensive experience in developing/supporting workflows forms and other SailPoint IDM components.
- Experience with Application/Web Servers such as Tomcat WebLogic or WebSphere or developing J2EE products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with global counterparts.
- Customerfacing experience is mandatory.
