Key Responsibilities
- Adopt a fail fast learn faster mindset targeting a 2030% success rate for experiments while continuously improving the experimentation process for greater efficiency and insights.
- Develop rapid prototypes to solve business challenges using AI concepts focusing on iterative enhancements.
- Work with large complex datasets using SQL and data manipulation tools exploring unconventional methods and approaches.
- Apply statistical techniques machine learning algorithms and data visualization methods for exploratory data analysis uncovering unexpected insights.
- Build interpret and refine models using tools like PySpark and MLFlow testing new approaches and parameters regularly.
- Write clean modular and welldocumented code to facilitate collaboration and rapid iteration.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing models leveraging each iteration to drive improvement and learning.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in prototyping and experimenting with large complex datasets using SQL.
- Expertise in implementing and iterating on machine learning models with a focus on quick experimentation cycles.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or SQL with an emphasis on clean testable code for easy modification.
- Experience with data visualization techniques to quickly interpret and communicate experimental outcomes.
- Ability to deploy and iterate on AI solutions in cloud environments efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
- At least 2 years of handson experience in data analysis modeling and developing AI solutions.
