Job Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying developing and maintaining client relationships to drive sales of financial products including personal loans and unsecured business loans. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of financial markets excellent communication skills and the ability to meet sales targets. The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the client base managing the loan application process and ensuring timely followup with clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development
Identify New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out and engage potential customers through various channels such as networking cold calling and referrals.
Client Acquisition: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase loan sales.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals for personal loans and unsecured business loans.
2. Client Relationship Management
Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice on loan products helping clients understand their options and select the best financial solutions based on their needs.
PostSales Support: Ensure excellent aftersales service by coordinating with the operations and collections team to resolve client issues and provide timely updates.
3. Loan Process Oversight
Loan Application Management: Assist clients in preparing and submitting loan applications ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Loan Disbursement Coordination: Track and expedite loan disbursements working closely with underwriting and risk teams to ensure prompt approvals.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan products.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance client acquisition and market trends to share with management.
Market Analysis: Keep informed of industry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. Collections and Risk Management
Loan Repayment Monitoring: Collaborate with the collections team to ensure timely repayments reducing loan delinquency.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess potential risks in loan applications and propose solutions to minimize defaults.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance Business Marketing or a related field.
3 years of proven sales experience preferably in financial services or banking.
Age between 24 years to 34 years
Indepth understanding of personal loans unsecured business loans and the lending process.
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a high workload under pressure.
Familiarity with loan processing systems and CRM tools.
Should have his / her own two wheeler
