Overview
The Data Analyst position at Intellohire is crucial for leveraging data to drive business decisions and optimize strategies. As a key member of our analytics team the Data Analyst will be responsible for interpreting complex datasets and converting them into actionable insights that align with our organizational objectives. This role demands a blend of analytical skills technical expertise and communication abilities to help stakeholders understand data patterns and trends. The Data Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure informed decisionmaking processes based on solid datadriven foundations. In an increasingly competitive market harnessing the power of data is essential making the Data Analysts role integral in facilitating strategic growth improving operational efficiencies and ultimately driving success across the organization. The successful candidate will be adept at utilizing analytical tools employing statistical methods and effectively communicating findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect clean and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to discover trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
- Extract insights from data to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support business initiatives.
- Create detailed reports that summarize findings and recommendations.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present information effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance.
- Provide technical expertise and support in datarelated projects.
- Assist in designing and implementing datadriven solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
- Collaborate on data governance initiatives to ensure data integrity.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on datarelated topics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics or related field.
- Internship experience in a data analyst or similar role.
- Proficient in SQL and data querying.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is great to have.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
- Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and critical thinking.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to a nontechnical audience.
- Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing and experimental design.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet analysis.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
