Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing:
  • Identify and source candidates using job boards social media and other recruitment channels.
  • Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Screening:
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.
  • Job Postings and Applicant Tracking:
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) for accurate candidate tracking.
  • Onboarding Assistance:
  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing recruitmentrelated reports and analyzing hiring metrics.


Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/graduation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Naukri etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
