- Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.
- Job Postings and Applicant Tracking:
- Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) for accurate candidate tracking.
- Onboarding Assistance:
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Assist in preparing recruitmentrelated reports and analyzing hiring metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/graduation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Naukri etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
