Job Description

About Client: This opening is for the biggest fuel delivery company in Northeast India.
Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and resultsdriven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads meeting sales targets and developing longterm relationships with clients. The role requires regular visits to potential and existing customers in the field presenting products or services negotiating contracts and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Generation & Lead Management:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through field visits cold calls networking and referrals.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales by actively engaging with customers to understand their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  1. Client Meetings & Presentations:
  • Conduct inperson meetings with prospects and clients to present products and services.
  • Provide product demonstrations answer client queries and offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate prices terms and conditions to close deals.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address postsale concerns to retain clients.
  • Act as the point of contact for any customer issues ensuring timely resolution.
  1. Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
  • Report sales progress activity and achievements to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.
  • Track sales performance and provide forecasts and reports for review.
  1. Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the internal team including marketing and customer service to align efforts and meet sales goals.
  • Provide feedback on market trends customer preferences and competitors.
  1. Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales and transactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare and submit sales documentation proposals and contracts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role (preferably field sales).
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Bachelors degree
