Overview
The Full Stack Developer (MERN) plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining highquality web applications for our organization. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creativity focused on both the frontend and backend development processes. With a strong foundation in the MERN stack which includes MongoDB Express.js React.js and Node.js the developer will contribute to designing scalable and efficient systems that enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including designers and product managers to create responsive interoperable applications that align with business goals. As an essential part of our development team in Gurgaon the Full Stack Developer will not only write clean and maintainable code but also continuously innovate and improve our digital offerings. This position ultimately supports our mission to deliver exceptional online solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
- Implement RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between client and server systems.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Integrate thirdparty services and APIs effectively.
- Debug application issues and implement fixes in a timely manner.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle including planning execution and deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
- Manage database systems and ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope and specifications.
- Implement testing protocols and utilize testing frameworks to ensure application quality.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of applications on cloud services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on the MERN stack.
- Proficient in frontend technologies including HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with React.js for building interactive user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
- Handson experience with MongoDB and database management.
- Familiarity with RESTful services and API integration.
- Experience in responsive design and mobilefirst development.
- Proficient in version control systems particularly Git.
- Understanding of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality user experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
