Job Description
Business Analyst EMS
Location: Surat
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Role Summary :
Report to the Program Manager & Promoter
Responsible for development & execution of operational work plan
Own the execution of modules for a new business build.
Drive complete ownership of module across plant setup portfolio strategy sales strategy and execution etc.
Industry Experience:
Experience in program management role Relevant roles: Consultant Associate Jr. Program Manager
2 years experience in a Big 4/Similar management consultancy roles
Experience in EMS is a plus Skills Abilities & Knowhow Generalist Profile
Ability to drive varied modules & rampup quickly
Strong track record of performance across different projects/executing multiple project modules
Project Management:
Experience of project management in cross functional environment with multiple dependencies
Know how of operational aspects of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) line setup
Experience of establishing processes and improving them to enable smooth ramp up
Strong Track record in executing roadmaps and project to success
Exceptional communication people skills
Stakeholder Management:
Working closely with the promoter to drive new business execution. Work in startup mode by managing a small team to drive results
Manage & work with team to achieve milestones Project Management:
Running forums and conducting regular check ins and tracking project progress by defining KPIs and driving accountability
Ownership of business process analysis process and system strategy definition requirement documentation and execution planning
Implementing frameworks to enable enforcement and alignment of project timelines milestones & objectives across functions to deliver high quality results
