Job Description
Timings: 8:10 AM to 3:00 PM
Location : Bhandup West Mumbai
Days: Monday Wednesday Thursday
Job Type: Fulltime/Parttime
Remuneration: Rs. 500 per hour Rs. 200 per day as Travelling Allowance
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Robotics Teacher to join our dynamic team with OLL at Daffodils High Public School in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics and a passion for inspiring students to explore the exciting world of robotics and technology. As a Robotics Teacher you will be responsible for designing and delivering an engaging robotics curriculum guiding students in handson projects and fostering a love for STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a comprehensive robotics curriculum to students across various grade levels ensuring alignment with academic standards and educational objectives.
- Create a positive inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to explore experiment and collaborate in robotics.
- Instruct students in robotics principles programming languages (Python Scratch C) and the use of robotics kits and tools.
- Plan and organize handson projectbased activities and competitions that enhance students problemsolving skills creativity and teamwork.
- Provide guidance and support for students in developing robotics projects including participation in robotics competitions and events.
- Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience and make robotics concepts more accessible and engaging.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments tests and projects offering constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on advancements in robotics and STEM education.
- Maintain robotics equipment and ensure a safe organized and conducive learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with students parents and the school community to promote the value of robotics education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Robotics Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching robotics or related subjects at the school level.
- Strong knowledge of robotics concepts programming languages (Python Scratch C) and handson experience with robotics kits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Enthusiasm for promoting STEM education and inspiring students to pursue careers in technology.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into teaching practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Experience in organizing or participating in robotics competitions is a plus.
