Education: Graduate in any discipline

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executives this role focuses on promoting and selling customized travel experiences to global destinations. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in inside sales excellent communication skills and a passion for travel. The role is officebased (near Doddakalasandra Metro Station) with a 5day work week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inside Sales: Engage with potential clients over calls emails and virtual meetings to understand their travel needs and recommend personalized travel experiences to global destinations.
  • Lead Management: Qualify leads follow up on inquiries and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through CRM tools.
  • Customized Travel Solutions: Work closely with the operations team to craft tailormade travel itineraries offering unique experiential travel packages that cater to clients preferences and budgets.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate with the latest trends in global travel destinations experiential travel offerings and the company s products.
  • Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries offering guidance on travel options and ensuring a smooth booking process.
  • Crossfunctional Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences and consistent sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 15 years of inside sales experience preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion skills a goaloriented mindset and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored travel solutions.
  • Passion for Travel: A deep interest in travel and an eagerness to explore and promote global destinations.
  • TechSavvy: Proficient in using CRM software MS Office and digital communication tools.
  • Location: Must be willing to work from the office near Doddakalasandra Metro Station Bangalore.
