We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a prestigious bungalow. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is wellmaintained secure and operated efficiently. This role includes supervising routine Food and Beverage (F&B) operations for the owners and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job Summary:
The Estate Manager will ensure the smooth functioning of all propertyrelated operations lead a team of staff and manage key aspects of the estates upkeep and hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Maintenance: Supervise all aspects of the bungalow s maintenance including plumbing electrical systems HVAC and landscaping. Ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
2. Staff Management: Lead coordinate and oversee the F&B staff housekeeping gardeners and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) staff to ensure optimal performance.
3. Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering personalized services ensuring smooth F&B operations addressing issues promptly and maintaining consistent communication with guests.
4. Administrative Tasks: Manage the estates budget track expenses and maintain accurate records of repairs maintenance activities and operational costs.
5. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness property maintenance and overall quality are consistently met.
6. Communication: Serve as the liaison between the property owner management company and external vendors to ensure seamless daytoday operations.
Requirements:
1. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in estate management hospitality or administration.
2. Education: A Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Business Administration or a related field
is preferred. Other graduates with relevant experience may also apply.
3. Skills:
o Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership abilities.
o Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Proficiency in property management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Working Conditions:
1. Work Environment: This is an onsite position at the bungalow with occasional travel to meet with property owners or management companies.
2. Work Schedule: The Estate Manager will follow the Indian Hospitality Sectors norms with the flexibility to respond to emergencies or guest needs outside of regular working hours.
