Organizational Chart
1. Implement the QA/QC management system at site.
2. Coordinate quality inspections with all the site subcontractors and vendors coordinate all nondestructive testing on site
3. Prepare Project quality plan & submit for consultants approval ensure approved quality plan is implemented at site.
4. Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
5. Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
6. Participate in the site internal and external site audits
7. Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
8. Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and completed for asbuilt hand over through the QC engineer
9. Inspect and supervise all inspection activities like Civil & structural Tests inspection such as soil compaction moisture content gradation concrete slump concrete compression survey line and grades etc.
10. Issue non conformance report to PM & make sure that required corrective/ preventive action is taken to close out the NCR.
11. Complete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses
12. Review the customers specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector. To plan & conduct subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of subcontractor work.
13. Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
14. Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer
15. Providing necessary inputs / guidance to respective site staff for more improvement and to achieve project quality standards.
16. Elaborating inspection and test programs
17. Ensure that safety is adhered to at site
18. Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current.
19. Responsible for quality control log generating MIS/reports as per the contractual requirement or procedure.
