Job Description:
Take the Lead:
- Own the entire design process from brainstorming big ideas to delivering polished designs.
- Mentor junior designers and help them grow into their full potential.
Understand People:
- Dive deep into user behaviors and needs through research interviews and usability testing.
- Turn insights into actionable usercentered design strategies.
Create NextLevel Experiences:
- Design interfaces wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile apps that people love to use.
- Work closely with developers to bring your designs to life exactly as you envisioned.
Be the Client Whisperer:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals challenges and vision.
- Turn feedback into opportunities to make your designs even better.
Push the Limits:
- Stay ahead of trends tools and technologies to keep your work fresh and innovative.
- Advocate for accessibility inclusivity and futureforward design practices.
Mandatory Skills: Figma Wireframing Tools
Technical Skills:
- Mastery of Design Tools
Deep expertise in tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD and InVision to craft wireframes prototypes and polished designs. Experience with user journey mapping tools is also a valuable asset.
- Strong User Research Expertise
Proficiency in conducting user research analyzing data and turning insights into impactful design strategies. This includes leading usability tests A/B experiments and utilizing tools like Optimal Workshop or User Testing.
- Solid FrontEnd Understanding (Nicetohave)
A good grasp of HTML CSS and basic JavaScript to bridge the gap between design and development. Familiarity with design systems and how they integrate into code ensures smooth collaboration with developers.
- Excellence in Interaction and Information Architecture Design
A knack for building intuitive navigation clear information hierarchies and fluid interactions that deliver outstanding user experiences across platforms.
Education Qualification: Any with design qualification from an institute
