The Salon Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of a salon ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability and efficiency. This position not only involves managing staff and service delivery but also entails developing strategic marketing plans and maintaining a welcoming salon environment. The Salon Manager will act as the primary contact point for clients ensuring their needs are understood and met through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Experience with salon management software and pointofsale systems.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certified cosmetologist or esthetician license preferred.
- Experience in marketing and promotional strategies in the beauty sector.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in beauty services.
