Job Description
Job Title: Pack & Dispatch Helpers .
We required this position for our group company VILAS transcore Limited Ganapatpura(Karjan ) 20 KMS from Vadodara Vilas Transcore specializes in the manufacturing and supply of components for power distribution and transmission sector .
Job Summary: We are looking for reliable and efficient Pack & Dispatch Helpers to join our team. In this role you will assist with packing products and preparing them for dispatch ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and ready for shipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a packing or dispatch role (preferred)
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Skills:
Familiarity with packaging materials and equipment
Basic mathematical skills for inventory counts
Physical stamina and dexterity
Ability to read and follow instructions
Responsibilities:
Assist in packing products according to company guidelines
Label and seal packages accurately
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory control and management
Handle and move goods safely and efficiently
Follow all health and safety regulations
Report any damaged or defective items to supervisors
communication,basic,physical stamina and dexterity,ability to read and follow instructions,familiarity with packaging materials and equipment,packing,basic mathematical skills for inventory counts
