Job Description
Full financial controlling & reporting (incl budget/forecast) of Lucan BESIX Unitec Nederland BESIX Reditec & Soltec (to expand) Monthly closing (JKS) and followup of Install&Maintain Workshop Automation and Fiber Optics Systems. Managing and reporting of working capital of these business lines/entities. Support in annual closing and contact for auditors Create a system and manage the order book of BESIX Unitec (revenue and gross margin actuals and forecasts) together with the projectadministration team Followup of reinvoicing to JVs Reporting of Treasury actuals and forecasts Specialize in bank contracts/loans/leasings Create overview/summary of cash forecasts for large projects (incl JVs) Run several preparations/controls before the start of the reporting period Project: implement ERP BESIX Reditec and Soltec
Qualifications :
Expertise in and affinity for accountancy Eye for detail Flexible in working hours Dealing with stress and deadlines Juggling multiple tasks
