We required this position for our group company VILAS transcore Limited Ganapatpura(Karjan ) 20 KMS from Vadodara Vilas Transcore specializes in the manufacturing and supply of components for power distribution and transmission sector .

Job Summary: We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced EXIM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the companys export and import operations ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Business Logistics or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in exportimport operations or logistics
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Proficiency in English and other relevant languages (preferred)
Skills:
Strategic planning and execution
Market analysis and trend forecasting
Relationship management and networking
Sales and marketing campaign development
Crossfunctional collaboration
Project management and coordination
Presentation and public speaking skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective strategies for exportimport operations
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations
Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Negotiate and manage contracts with freight forwarders and shipping lines
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for export and import procedures
Maintain accurate records of all exportimport transactions for auditing purposes
Resolve issues related to shipment delivery and customs clearance
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase the companys global market presence
Keep updated on changes in importexport laws and regulations
Manage and guide the work of exportimport staff
Represent the company at international trade shows conferences and meetings
