We required this position for our group company VILAS transcore Limited Ganapatpura(Karjan) 20 KMS from Vadodara Vilas Transcore specializes in the manufacturing and supply of components for power distribution and transmission sector .

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented HR Recruitment Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to support the companys growth and success.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 35 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in HR software and tools
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Strategic planning and execution
Market analysis and trend forecasting
Relationship management and networking
Sales and marketing campaign development
Crossfunctional collaboration
Project management and coordination
Presentation and public speaking skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations
Arrange and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
Prepare job offers and negotiate terms with candidates
Manage the onboarding process for new hires including orientation and training
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Collaborate with other HR functions to support employee development and retention
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
