Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering a wide range of spa treatments including massages facials body treatments and wellness therapies ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Spa Services:
- Deliver highquality treatments such as massages facials body scrubs wraps and other therapies as per salon standards.
- Customize treatments to meet clients specific needs and preferences.
- Client Care:
- Welcome and consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide posttreatment advice including skincare routines and wellness tips.
- Maintain Hygiene & Safety:
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and sanitized before and after each session.
- Adhere to salon health and safety protocols.
- Product Knowledge:
- Promote salon products and recommend suitable ones to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in spa therapies.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage client bookings and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Handle client feedback professionally to improve service quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education/Certification:
- Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy Massage Therapy or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years in a similar role preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficient in a variety of spa treatments and therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and ability to create a calming environment.
