Role Summary:
The AVP of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth managing a robust sales pipeline and building lasting relationships with clients and partners. This role demands strategic vision leadership and a proven ability to close highvalue deals in enterprise software sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Develop manage and expand a solid sales pipeline to ensure sustained growth.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor sales teams while being an active individual contributor.
- Client Relations: Present Nividous value proposition effectively to Csuite executives.
- Account Growth: Manage existing accounts upsell solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proposal and Negotiation: Craft compelling proposals negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Campaigns: Design and execute innovative sales campaigns to capture market opportunities.
- Consultative Sales: Employ consultative techniques to identify client needs and position solutions accordingly.
- Partner Development: Cultivate strategic relationships with partners to unlock new opportunities

Requirements:
- Experience: 10 years in software services sales with a proven track record in enterprise solutions like BPM RPA ERP or BI.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and scale highperforming teams.
- Sales Expertise: Strong background in consultative selling and closing complex deals.
- Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and organizational abilities.
- Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce.com and MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Track Record: Consistently achieved or surpassed sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
