Job Description
A Database Administrator Level 3 should have at least 90% of the total Technical skill needed below with mostly Mid to Advance Knowledge/Proficiency for each. A Database Administrator 3 is a Subject Matter Expert; he has already developed a comprehensive toolkit of approaches and techniques. He/She can adapt to the needs of a business situation or project. Can be a standalone DB tech resource. He can introduce methodologies and best practices;Exposed to various projects of significant business value; able to act as Lead resource or serve as project lead if needed.
