- Responsible for the entire recruitment process in the Belgium area;
- First contact person throughout the whole application process;
- Active search of candidates;
- Create and publish the recruitment ads;
- Screening of applicants (phone and facetoface interviews);
- Extend the hiring offers to the eligible candidates;
- Building a database of suitable candidates;
- Provide regular updates and reports on the recruiting activities;
- Encourage the employee referral program and follow up timely on each recommendation.
Qualifications :

- Proficiency in English & Dutch or French;
