Job Description

Overview
The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the recruitment and talent acquisition process for our Howrah Office. This position is vital for ensuring that the organization attracts selects and onboards the best candidates in alignment with the company s goals and culture. The HR Recruiter is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies fostering relationships with potential candidates and managing the entire hiring process from crafting job descriptions to conducting interviews. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various sourcing techniques and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition of the organization to prospective hires. With the organization continuing to grow the HR Recruiter will help ensure that we meet our staffing demands promptly while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality. This role not only requires strong interpersonal and communication skills but also demands an analytical approach to evaluate candidates thoroughly and deliver top talent solutions that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an effective recruitment strategy aligned with the companys goals.
  • Craft clear and compelling job descriptions for open positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including online platforms social media and job fairs.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone and inperson interviews to assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Administer preemployment assessments and background checks as necessary.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing requirements.
  • Attend job fairs and represent the company at recruitment events.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
  • Foster relationships with educational institutions and industry organizations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing and interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in diverse industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close candidates effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Previous experience in using social media for recruitment preferred.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and the use of metrics in decisionmaking.
