Overview
The Pathologist MD DNB position in Narnaul Haryana plays a crucial role in the healthcare continuum by providing expert diagnostic services to clinicians and patients. This role involves the examination of tissues and fluids assisting in disease diagnosis and treatment planning. The pathologist will interpret laboratory results and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities

- Interpret laboratory test results and oversee quality control processes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for complex case discussions.
- Engage in continuous medical education and stay updated on advancements in pathology.

- Provide mentorship and supervision to junior pathologists and pathology residents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to document diagnoses and findings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory environment.
- Handle specimen processing and ensure timely reporting of results.
- Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers regarding laboratory services.
- Implement standardized protocols to enhance laboratory efficiency.
- Participate in the development of new diagnostic tests and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- MD in Pathology from a recognized institution.
- DNB in Pathology is preferred.
- Valid medical license to practice in Haryana.
- Minimum of 35 years experience in clinical pathology.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory management and quality assurance processes.
- Proficient in histopathology cytopathology and molecular pathology techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Experience in conducting and supervising laboratory tests.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Commitment to patientcentered care and ethical standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing medical environments.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
