*Position Overview:*
We are looking for a dynamic and selfdriven *Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator / Placement / Staffing*
professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage the endtoend recruitment process.
The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting for sectors like Engineering Healthcare Facility Management IT or Telecom. The role requires working closely with clients and candidates
ensuring a smooth recruitment experience and contributing to meeting organizational staffing goals.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Manage fullcycle recruitment for various job openings across multiple industries including Engineering Healthcare Facility Management IT and Telecom.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates using a variety of recruitment channels such as job portals social media networking and internal databases.
Screen interview and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Provide regular updates to clients and candidates on recruitment progress.
Maintain and update recruitment records in the company database.
Manage client relationships and ensure the timely placement of candidates.
Negotiate salary offers and handle contract documentation.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory recruitment requirements.
Track recruitment KPIs and contribute to improving recruitment strategies.
*Preferred Skills & Qualifications:*
3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment staffing or placement preferably in Engineering Healthcare Facility Management IT or Telecom.
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and staffing best practices.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools job portals and MS Office suite.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in managing client relationships and working in a fastpaced environment.
*Education & Certifications:*
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Relevant certifications in recruitment or HR management are a plus.
