Job Description
Role: IT support Specialist
Experience: 1 yr
Location: Pune IDC
Notice PeriodImmediate Joiner
- Basic knowledge of Firewall.
- You should be familiar with working with computers/laptops/workstations and LAN networks.
- Installing and configuring computer networks and systems
- Performing diagnostic tests and repairs as well as developing data archiving backup and retrieval procedures
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve different problems and evaluate LAN and WAN functionality to administer all shortcomings
- Knowledge about troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows Mac System Linux
- identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks Desktops laptops and Server Systems
- Consulting with clients to specify system requirements and design solutions
- Budgeting for Hardware equipment and assembly costs.
- Assembling new Desktop systems
- Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete
- Monitoring computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved
- Providing network administration and support
- Provide network support to users
- Install hardware and software
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
