Job Description
Location: Pune
Mode of Work: Fulltime Onsite
Experience required: 5 years
Who You Are:
Experienced QA professional with leadership in automation using Selenium Web Driver and Java Karate Framework Rest Assured and Performance Testing with JMeter. Analytical collaborative and skilled in mentoring junior team members.
Your Role:
Lead Automation Efforts: Design and implement robust test automation frameworks with Selenium Web Driver and Java.
Implement BDD Principles: Apply BDD principles for efficient collaboration
between teams.
Enhance Test Coverage: Develop comprehensive automated test suites for
software validation.
Collaborate Effectively: Communicate closely with crossfunctional teams for
product quality.
Mentor Junior Team Members: Provide guidance and mentorship within the
automation domain.
Desired Technical Competencies & Skills:
Automation Mastery: Extensive experience with Selenium Web Driver and Java.
Karate Framework (Desired): API automation with hands on experience in Karate
framework.
BDD Principles (Desired): Familiarity with BDD principles and frameworks like Cucumber or Spec Flow.
Performance Testing: Knowledge in Performance Testing with JMeter.
Analytical Skills: Strong problemsolving ability in complex systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Independent and Team Player: Ability to work independently and within a team
environment.
